As the current HSA President, Natalie Spillman represents the parents and families of Saint Joseph Catholic School. With two students currently enrolled at Saint Joseph, Natalie has a vested interest in the quality of education provided by Saint Joseph Catholic School to the Tri-Cities community.

Wilkins

Melissa Wilkins. Melissa and her husband are Saint Joseph Catholic School parents whose daughter has been a student since Kindergarten.

Maytee

Parham

Maytee Parham is a former Saint Joseph school Spanish and Theology teacher as well as Saint Joseph Church parishioner. She and her husband, Mayor Samuel Parham, graduated their daughter from Saint Joseph’s in 2024.

Ellen O’Leary is a friend of Saint Joseph School and brings much business and leadership experience to its School Advisory Board.
